Kai baar apke kuch important documents jo aap kisi
aur ke sath share nahi karna chahte ya
ap nahi chahte ki apke Ms Office ke document ko koi dekhe toh apko usey
chhupane me kaafi dikkat hoti hai. Lekin iss article ke jariye me apko bata
raha hu ek esa genuine tarika jisse aap MS Office Ki kisi bhi format file
(Word, excel, powerpoint etc) par password laga sakte hain. Iske baad aap ya
aur koi jab bhi uss file ko open karega toh password pucha jayega. Isse aapki
file safe bani rahegi aur koi usey dekh nahi payega J

baad left side me top par click kijiye (Jesa ki upar image me dikhaya gaya hai)

ki button par mouse ka cursor (Aero) laayein [Click naa karein sirf cursor layein]

“Encrypt Document” par click karein
v Iske
baad ek new pop up windows khulegi ismein aap password daalein jo aap banana
chahte hain [Neeche dikhayi gai image ki help le sakte hain]
v “Ok”
ki button par click karein
v Ek
baar password aur daalein phir “OK” ki button par click karein
